I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were fine, though the TV didn't work at all, they were well-appointed with many individual touches, and the freeway view was great. The service was courteous, and the female bartender stood out. The location was excellent for visiting Universal Studios and LA attractions, with plenty of nearby restaurants. Overall, a decent stay with some highs and lows.
